PREPARED WALLS
Prepared walls or composite walls are the next delivery option. The advantage of this type of delivery is that the wall (if desired, also the ceiling and roof) elements are already assembled and closed on one side with a board (the board is usually OSB, but it can also be Fermacell or Vidiwall, wood fiber boards, etc.). Openings for windows and doors are prepared. If desired, the wall can be fully insulated and with built-in windows and doors.
Example of assembled non-load-bearing partition wall 10 cm thick, clad with OSB board 15 mm:
SCOPE OF DELIVERY
The "composite wall" package basically includes:
A. drawing up plans:
- the workshop plan, which is intended for production
– the assembly plan, which is intended for assembly in the field
B. composite walls:
– outer and inner load-bearing walls
– non-load-bearing or partitions
C. supply of other wood that is already ready for assembly:
– wood for ceiling construction (ceilings)
– wood for roof construction (e.g. beams, rafters, ridges, rafters, shears, columns)
– wood for possible canopies
At the request of the customer, we can also make a floor wooden structure, for example, if the building will be built on point foundations.
OPTIONS
The options in this package are:
– composition of prefabricated ceiling panels
– composition of prefabricated roof panels
– fittings
– screws and other metal material you need
– OSB, Fermacell or Vidivall, fiberboard and other panels for covering walls and ceilings
– flanges 11/50mm for compressor gun
– roofing material (boards, planed panels for visible eaves, vapor-permeable foil, slats 4/5/400 and 5/8/400)
Equipment rental option:
– compressor 50l, 220V
– compressor gun with slauf
– a self-erecting crane of the appropriate size
In the case of choosing the "composite wall" package, the roof and ceiling are usually supplied "on a pallet".

SHIPPING
Assembled elements are usually transported by larger and longer trucks. Smaller buildings can be transported with one truck, but usually two trucks are used (or more for larger houses). The order of loading onto the truck is adapted to the order of assembly.
In the case of the delivery of a "composite wall", the ceiling and roof are usually delivered according to the system "on a pallet", as shown in the figure below:
