In the case of modular construction, we can offer you the scope of delivery:
– on the pallet
– assembled floor, wall and roof elements
– the assembled construction of the module up to the desired phase (e.g. up to the 3rd construction phase, turnkey or with equipment)
– transportation and installation of a module or several modules on the construction site

Depending on the size of the building, we divide it into several modules, depending on a number of factors:
– transports and manipulations
– static requirements
– requirements related to installations
– another.

Smaller units can be as a single module, which greatly simplifies assembly and reduces work on the construction site to a minimum.

Examples of modular construction:
– mobile homes, apartments, glamping units, which usually consist of one or two modules
- one or more multi-story apartment buildings, which are usually at least two modules

Normal external or module transport sizes:
– length from 4m to 12m
– width from 2.5m to 4m
– height from 2.8m to 3.1m

We produce all modules individually. Certain modular units can also be supplied as standard units (e.g. mobile homes 4x8m, etc.).
