ORDER PROCEDURE
After confirming the offer, the order process is as follows:
- Send us your wishes and the project for the building permit in DWG format by e-mail (info@gorsko.si) - the project for the building permit will be prepared for you by a designer (if you don't have a designer yet, we can provide you with the contacts of the designers we work with)
- On the basis of the project, we create a tentative estimate for you - the prices from the estimate are guaranteed for a certain period, only the quantity of supplied material can be changed
- On the basis of a partial advance payment for the creation of a workshop plan, we create a workshop plan for you and send it to you for review and, if necessary, supplemented
- Based on the approved work plan, we create a fixed estimate
- With the payment of the advance for the material, the order becomes mutually binding and we immediately start making the skeleton in production
- The skeleton is delivered within 3-4 weeks or by agreement - the difference must be paid upon shipment
SHIPPING - TRANSPORTATION
Transport is organized by the buyer - we recommend a trailer with a lift (HIAB), but if you have a forklift and good access, we recommend transport with a semi-trailer (tow truck). If you wish, we can provide you with the contact of transporters who load with us several times and have suitable trucks.
Smaller "pallet" houses can usually be transported with one truck without a trailer. Mid-sized "pallet" houses are usually shipped entirely in one truck with a trailer or semi-trailer.
In the case of a "composite wall" delivery, two trucks are usually required.
