The Rogoznica house is a ground-floor house with an unused attic.
The skeleton is 20 cm thick (red pine) and is filled with cellulose. Outside, a wooden facade made of glued red pine with a thickness of 8 cm is installed. There is a covered terrace next to the house on the south side, and a woodshed on the north side.
